HEROES & VILLIANS

MASTER BLASTER

WARLORD OF THE WASTELANDS AND RULER OF NUKE TOWN

01

NAME: Unknown

TITLES: Master Blaster, The Iron Tyrant, King of Nuke Town

FACTION: Ruler of the Wastelands – Nuke Town Sovereign

SPECIALTY: Brutal Warlord, Cybernetic Augmentations, Unrivaled Power

02

OVERVIEW

Before he was Master Blaster, he was just another survivor. One of thousands left to die in the radiation-choked ruins of America, clawing through the wastelands for scraps. He watched warlords rise and fall, saw gangs tear each other apart over rusted weapons and stale rations. But while others killed for survival, he killed for something greater—power.

He fought, he conquered, and when the dust settled, he was the last one standing. He was the most ruthless. He understood one truth: in the Wastelands, power isn’t given. It’s taken.

Master Blaster didn’t just want to rule a gang or a raider clan. He wanted more. He wanted a kingdom. So he built it—on the bones of those who opposed him. From the ruins of old-world California, he created Nuke Town, the beating heart of the Wastelands. A city where only the strong survive, where the weak are crushed underfoot, and where his word is law.

Under his rule, Nuke Town became more than just a city. It became the free zone of America. A place where smugglers, mercenaries, and warlords could trade without fear of the Federation, for a fee of course. Where violence and profit walked hand in hand. And at the center of it all sat Master Blaster—watching, waiting, ruling with an iron fist and collecting his gold!

But power is never enough. Master Blaster saw the Russian war machine firsthand. He watched the Spetsnaz slaughter entire towns, their cybernetic soldiers faster, stronger, deadlier than any human. And he wanted that power for himself.

After every battle, he scavenged the corpses of dead Spetsnaz, stripping them of their cybernetic augmentations. Piece by piece, he replaced his own flesh with stolen Russian tech. A reinforced spine to make him unbreakable. Neural implants to sharpen his reflexes. A cybernetic arm—strong enough to crush bone with a single grip. Every upgrade made him more than a warlord. It made him something greater.

Now, no man in the Wastelands can challenge him. No soldier can stand against him. Master Blaster has become a living weapon, and there is no power in this world he cannot take for himself.

To Master Blaster, the Wastelands are just the beginning. He does not care for freedom, justice, or rebellion. He does not bow to the Russian Federation, nor does he fear the Wolverines. He is the future.

Nuke Town is his empire, but why stop there? Why should he rule only the wastes when the whole continent is ripe for conquest? With Project Starfire in play, Master Blaster sees his moment. If he can take the weapon, he will hold the ultimate power. He will burn down the Federation. He will crush the resistance.

And when the dust settles, there will be no more Russia, no more America. There will be only one ruler. Only one power. Only Master Blaster.

DRAGOV: SPETSNAZ GENERAL

RUTHELSS KILLERS OUTFITTED WITH PREMIUM RUSSIAN WEAPONS AND TECH

01

NAME: Dragov Vasiliev

ALIAS: The Iron Phantom

FACTION: Spetsnaz Omega Unit – Russian Federation

SPECIALTY: Cybernetic Assassin, Close-Quarters Combat, Stealth Operations

02

OVERVIEW

Before he became Dragov, the Iron Phantom, he was simply a man—a soldier forged in the brutal training camps of the Russian Spetsnaz. Born into war, raised in the shadow of the 40-Year Conflict, Dragov was bred for battle. He showed no fear, no hesitation—only ruthless efficiency. He was the Federation’s greatest asset… but even the greatest warriors have limits.

That’s when the Kremlin made a choice: Dragov would become more than just a soldier. He would become something else. Something stronger. Faster. Unstoppable.

Through classified cybernetic augmentation, Dragov was rebuilt. Half-man, half-machine. Enhanced neural reflexes made him faster than any human alive. Reinforced bones and synthetic muscle made him nearly indestructible. Precision targeting optics and an integrated combat AI made him a ghost on the battlefield.

The perfect killer. The weapon the Federation had always dreamed of.

Now, Dragov has a new target: Vladimir Petrovich. The rogue scientist who stole Project Starfire. A man who holds the key to the Federation’s ultimate weapon. And for Dragov, failure is not an option.

Tracking Vladimir won’t be easy. He’s deep inside Nuke Town, the lawless city of the Wastelands. Surrounded by raiders, mercenaries, and warlords who would kill for a chance to own Starfire themselves. But Dragov doesn’t care about the chaos—he thrives in it. He will cut through whoever stands in his way. And when he finds Vladimir, there will be no negotiations. No deals. Only death.

They say Dragov never sleeps. That he doesn’t breathe. That he can move between the shadows like a ghost, appearing where you least expect him. Some say he’s not even human anymore, just a machine with one purpose—to kill in the name of the Federation.

His cybernetics make him impervious to pain, his combat algorithms predict his enemies’ moves before they make them, and his signature Krysaeva Blade—a high-frequency combat knife—has ended more lives than any warlord in the Wastelands.

To the resistance, he is a nightmare. To the Federation, he is their greatest weapon. To Vladimir? He is the executioner coming to claim the traitor!

GENERAL CABLE:

Leads the Wolverine resistance

01

NAME: General Cabole

ALIAS: The Iron Phantom

FACTION: Wolverines

SPECIALTY: Strategery, tactical assault, Guerrilla Warfare, Strategic Infiltration, Tactical Command

02

OVERVIEW

General Cable was never meant to lead a revolution. He never knew peace, never lived in a world free of war. He was born into the fire, the son of resistance fighters who had spent their lives trying to stop the Russian Federation from crushing the last remnants of America. He grew up with the sound of gunfire as his lullaby, learned to fight before he could even read, and by the time he was a teenager, he was already on the battlefield.

When his parents fell in an ambush, Cable had no time to grieve. The Wolverines took him in, and under their command, he became more than just another soldier—he became their future.

From the ashes of fallen cities to the depths of the Wastelands, Cable fought in every major battle of the resistance. He learned to strike from the shadows, to use the land itself as his weapon. The Federation’s armies were strong, their numbers endless, but Cable’s Wolverines were ghosts—hitting fast, disappearing just as quickly. He became a legend among the resistance, a phantom among the Russians."

"With every battle, the war took its toll. He lost soldiers, friends, brothers and sisters-in-arms. But he never stopped. Never surrendered. Even as the Federation tightened its grip, even as the last cities fell, Cable refused to let the flame of resistance die.

Now, decades later, Cable stands as the last true General of the Free. The resistance is scattered, the war nearly lost, but as long as he breathes, the fight isn’t over. He has outlived generals, presidents, even entire armies. And now, with Project Starfire hanging in the balance, he sees one final chance to turn the tide.

Master Blaster holds Vladimir somewhere in Nuke Town. Dragov and the Russian Federation is closing in. And if the Wolverines don’t act fast, the war will finally be over—with the Russians victorious.

But Cable isn’t fighting for a lost cause. He’s fighting for something bigger. A future. A world where no child has to be born into war like he was. A world where America isn’t just a memory.

And he’ll burn the Russian Federation to the ground before he lets them win.

TOADY

The leader of the coup against Master Blaster

01

NAME: Toady

ALIAS: (whatever abusive thing Master Blaster can think up)

FACTION: Wastelanders

SPECIALTY: Serving Master Blaster, being generally incompetent in everything... plotting a coup

02

OVERVIEW

Toady was once a low-ranking scavenger in the harsh and unforgiving deserts surrounding Nuke Town. Orphaned early when his parents were taken by a deadly plague, Toady was left to fend for himself. Alone and desperate, he stumbled upon the gates of Nuke Town, drawn by rumors of safety and supplies within.

Toady quickly realized that the only way to survive was to align himself with the most powerful individual in the settlement, Master Blaster. Toady watched from the shadows, studying the inner workings of Master Blaster's ruthless regime, and admired the sheer force with which Master Blaster commanded respect and fear. With an unyielding determination to improve his own prospects, Toady devised a plan to get closer to Master Blaster.

Seizing an opportunity, Toady intervened during a skirmish between rival factions within Nuke Town, and thwarted an assassination attempt on Master Blaster's life. Impressed by Toady's apparent loyalty and quick thinking, Master Blaster promoted him to be his lieutenant.

Toady's ambition to overthrow Master Blaster stems from years of being underestimated and ridiculed. He dreams of ruling Nuke Town himself, believing that his inherent knowledge of survival and the desert could make him a better leader. But Toady lacks the cunning and strategic acumen necessary to pull off such a coup on his own. His plans are haphazard and poorly thought out, relying more on wishful thinking than actual strategy.

In his grand scheme, Toady intends to rally a group of disgruntled Wastelanders who are equally tired of Master Blaster's iron-fisted rule. His plan involves creating chaos within the ranks and ultimately confronting Master Blaster in a final showdown. However, Toady is plagued by self-doubt and awkwardness, making every step of his plan a precarious dance on the edge of disaster.

In the end, Toady's fate remains uncertain. Will he manage to gather the courage and competence to topple Master Blaster, or will his own blunders lead him to an untimely demise? Only time will tell in the desolate world of Nuke Town.

JAWZ

THE CHAMPION OF THE DEATH RACE

01

NAME: JAWZ

ALIAS: CHAMPION OF THE DEATH RACE

FACTION: Wastelanders

SPECIALTY: SPEED, DESTRUCTION AND  everything to do with winning the DEATH RACE

02

OVERVIEW

Forged in the fires of war and reborn in the wastelands, Jaws is a legend whispered through the dust-choked ruins of Southern California. Once a man of honor known as The Duke, his life was shattered when Russian invaders stormed his home, capturing him and executing his family for his unwavering loyalty to America. Left to rot in a prison camp, he clawed his way to freedom, shedding his old identity and emerging as the wasteland’s gatekeeper—a merciless enforcer of the lawless frontier.
Now, Jaws serves as the first and final challenge to those who dare seek entry into the wastelands under the rule of Master Blaster. To pass, you must defeat him in a brutal death race. Victory grants access to the unknown. Defeat, however, means more than death—it means your soul is claimed by Master Blaster’s shaman.
Jaws rides with the fury of a man who has lost everything. His first beast, the 4xMore Bronco, was a symbol of raw power, but now he commands Venom, a sleek, crimson Cybertruck outfitted for speed, destruction, and intimidation. With his past buried beneath the scorched earth, Jaws is no longer a man—he is a force of nature, an unstoppable sentinel of the wastelands.

SERGEANT AMARI

The Widow of War, Master Blaster’s Most Loyal Enforcer

01

NAME: SGT AMARI

ALIAS: THE BUTCHER

FACTION: Master Blaster’s Elite Warlords

SPECIALTY: Brutal Combat, Executioner, Unwavering Loyalty

02

OVERVIEW

BORN FOR BATTLE: A LIFETIME OF WAR

Amari never knew peace. Born into the 40-Year War, she was raised by fire and blood. She fought her first battle before she was even old enough to understand what war meant. Survival was all that mattered, and for decades, she did what she had to—killing, enduring, becoming a weapon. She climbed the ranks of the resistance through sheer brutality, feared by enemies and respected by her own. But even the strongest warriors have something to lose.

LOVE IN A WAR ZONE: ALBERTO AND AMARI

Among the endless battles, she found something unexpected—Alberto. A fellow warrior, a man who saw the fire inside her and never feared it. Together, they fought, bled, and survived. They made plans, dreams of what life could be when the war was over. He was her anchor, the one thing keeping her from losing herself entirely to the violence. But war doesn’t care about love.

BETRAYAL AND LOSS: THE SPETSNAZ EXECUTION

The Russians came like ghosts in the night. A Spetsnaz strike team ambushed their unit, cutting them down one by one. Amari fought with everything she had, but it wasn’t enough. She was forced to watch as a Spetsnaz commander drove his blade through Alberto’s throat, his body collapsing into the dirt before her eyes.

Rage consumed her. She fought like a demon, but she was alone, outnumbered, and moments from joining Alberto in death.

SAVED BY MASTER BLASTER: A NEW PURPOSE

Just as the final blow was about to fall, the battlefield shifted. Raiders tore through the Russians, guns blazing, blades slashing. The Spetsnaz commander who had killed Alberto barely had time to react before his head was torn from his shoulders by the wasteland’s most feared warlord—Master Blaster.

He didn’t come to save Amari. He came for sport, for blood, for trophies. But in that moment, he saw something in her—something ruthless, something broken, something useful. He gave her a choice: Stay and die with the resistance, or rise with him in the wastelands and become something greater.

But before she could answer, he did something that would seal her loyalty forever. He took the Spetsnaz general part man and part machine and melted him alive. the cyberware melted down. Alberto’s head was all that remained after the cyber spetsnaz destroyed him, and Master Blaster reforged what remained. When he was finished, he handed Amari a golden skull—a tribute to the warrior she lost, a reminder of the world’s cruelty. A gift from the man who had saved her when no one else did. From that moment on, Amari belonged to Master Blaster.

THE LOYALIST: MASTER BLASTER’S MOST FEARED ENFORCER

Years passed, and Amari rose through the ranks of Master Blaster’s warlords. She became his blade, his executioner, his most trusted warrior. She no longer fought for a cause. She no longer believed in freedom, resistance, or anything beyond the chaos of power. To her, the only truth was strength, and no one was stronger than Master Blaster.

With every enemy she crushed, every traitor she executed, she whispered a name—Alberto—knowing that he would never hear it, but carrying him with her into every battle. She wears his golden skull as a reminder, a promise, and a curse.

Now, as war brews over Project Starfire, Amari stands ready to fight—not for revolution, not for revenge, but for the only master she has ever known. And when the blood starts flowing, there will be no mercy.

EIS, THE COLD ASSASSIN

Master Blaster’s Silent Blade

01

NAME: ASSASSIN

ALIAS: THE ROCKS

FACTION: Master Blaster’s Elite Enforcer

SPECIALTY: Stealth, Assassination, Psychological Warfare

02

OVERVIEW

BORN IN ASHES: SURVIVING THE WASTELANDS
The Wastelands do not nurture life—they consume it. Eis was born in a nameless settlement on the edges of the irradiated deadlands, a place where survival was a daily struggle and mercy was a weakness. Her parents, once traders who dreamed of carving out something more than a desperate existence, were slaughtered when raiders came through, leaving their daughter alone to face a world that had no place for the weak.
Eis learned early that silence was her greatest weapon. She scavenged in the shadows, moving unseen, slipping through the cracks where others would be caught and killed. She traded scrap for food, kept her head down, and watched as warlords and mercenaries shaped the world around her with violence.
One day, she realized the truth—there were only two kinds of people in the Wastelands. The hunted. And the hunters.
She would never be the hunted again.

A KILLER IS FORGED: FROM ORPHAN TO ASSASSIN
Eis’ natural ability to move unseen, to strike before her prey even knew she was there, caught the attention of a group of mercenaries passing through the ruins. They saw potential in the quiet girl with the dead eyes. They took her in, not as a child, but as an apprentice. They trained her in the ways of the blade, the gun, and the art of the silent kill.
Eis did more than learn—she excelled. She was fast. Precise. Cold. Where others hesitated before taking a life, she did not. Death had come for her once, and she had beaten it. She would never fear it again.
With every contract she completed, she became something more than a killer. A whisper in the dark. A shadow at the edge of a doomed man’s vision. A name that made even the most hardened warriors of the Wastelands shudder.
And with each kill, she took something. A trinket. A reminder. Not of the person, but of the moment. A token of control in a world that had once taken everything from her.

NUKE TOWN: WHERE MONSTERS THRIVE
There are only a few names that matter in the Wastelands, and Master Blaster is one of them. His empire—Nuke Town—is the last true city in the deadlands, a neon-lit fortress of trade, violence, and power. It is where the broken and the ruthless carve out their own fate, and where only the most dangerous rise to the top.
Master Blaster had heard of Eis long before he ever saw her. A killer that moved like a ghost, striking without warning, leaving nothing behind but a hollow, lingering fear. He saw in her something more than just an assassin—he saw a weapon.
When he finally found her, he did not offer her a contract. He offered her purpose.
A place in Nuke Town. The freedom to kill without consequence. The resources to refine her craft.
Eis accepted. Not out of loyalty. Not out of ambition. But because Master Blaster understood something no one else did.
She did not kill for money. She did not kill for power.
She killed because she was good at it.

THE SILENT HAND OF MASTER BLASTER
Now, Eis is more than just a hired blade. She is Master Blaster’s personal enforcer, his executioner in the dark. While his warlords wage open battle, she ensures threats are eliminated before they become problems. Spies disappear. Traitors never get the chance to betray.
Her presence is never announced. Her kills are never messy. She does not linger. She does not gloat.
She simply moves in. Ends a life. And vanishes.
Her name is spoken in whispers, feared even among Nuke Town’s most hardened killers. Those who cross Master Blaster know one simple truth—if you see Eis, you are already dead.

TRINKETS OF THE DEAD: HER COLLECTION GROWS
There is one habit Eis has never broken. From every target, she takes something small—a ring, a locket, a broken watch, a bullet casing. Trinkets from the dead.
To most, they are nothing. Worthless scraps.
To Eis, they are the only things that bring her comfort. The only proof that she exists. That she was there. That she had control.
She does not know why she keeps them. Perhaps it is because, in the end, the dead do not hate, do not fear, do not suffer. They are cold. Unfeeling. Like her.

THE FUTURE: A COLD SHADOW OVER PROJECT STARFIRE
With the rising war over Project Starfire, Eis has begun receiving new orders. New targets.
The Federation’s spies in Nuke Town.
The Wolverines’ agents searching for Vladimir.
Anyone who dares threaten Master Blaster’s rule.
One by one, they will vanish.
But Eis has also started to wonder—why does Master Blaster want Project Starfire?
She has no loyalty to any side, only to her own skill. If Starfire is as powerful as they claim, perhaps it is something more than just another job.
Perhaps, for the first time, she has something worth keeping.
Or perhaps she will simply take the life of whoever holds it

BORIS THE BULLET DODGER

The leader of the coup against Master Blaster

01

NAME: Boris Antonovich Petrov

ALIAS: Boris "The Bullet Dodger"

FACTION: Independent – Nuke Town Black Market Arms Dealer

SPECIALTY: Weapons Smuggling, Battlefield Logistics, Surviving the Unsurvivable

02

OVERVIEW

FROM SOLDIER TO SURVIVOR: THE LUCKIEST MAN IN THE FEDERATION

Boris Antonovich Petrov was once a rising officer in the Russian Federation’s elite weapons division. A logistics mastermind, he ensured that Spetsnaz units were always armed with the deadliest firepower. But Boris wasn’t just good at moving weapons—he was good at not getting killed. A survivor of more ambushes, gunfights, and battlefield disasters than anyone should reasonably walk away from, Boris earned the nickname The Bullet Dodger.
Bullets seemed to miss him by inches. Bombs failed to detonate when he was near. Entire squads around him would be torn to shreds, but Boris always walked away without a scratch. Some called it luck. Others said the devil himself didn’t want him. Boris just shrugged and kept doing what he did best—surviving.

THE BETRAYAL: GOING ROGUE
But luck only lasts so long. As the war dragged on, Boris saw the writing on the wall—no matter how many battles the Federation won, the war would never truly end. And where there’s war, there’s money to be made. He started siphoning weapons off supply lines, making side deals, fueling both sides of the conflict. Wolverines, warlords, even rogue Russian units—if you had the rubles, Boris had the firepower.
Eventually, the Federation caught on. They charged him with treason, theft, and war profiteering. But before they could execute him, Boris did what he does best—dodged the bullet. He faked his own death during a prison transport raid, vanished into the wastelands, and never looked back.

NUKE TOWN: WHERE WAR NEVER ENDS, BUSINESS NEVER STOPS

If there was one place in the world where Boris belonged, it was Nuke Town. A city where violence was currency, where warlords needed weapons, and where the Federation’s grip didn’t reach. He set up shop in the heart of the Black Market, running the most well-stocked armory in the Wastelands. Need an old-world sniper rifle? Boris has three. Explosives? Plenty. Federation-grade Spetsnaz gear that fell off a truck? Say no more.
If it kills, Boris sells it. And business is always good.

BULLETPROOF REPUTATION: LIVING ON THE EDGE

In a city like Nuke Town, running weapons makes you a lot of money—and a lot of enemies. Plenty of people have tried to kill Boris over the years. None have succeeded. His enemies have shot at him, stabbed him, blown up his store twice, and even tried poisoning his drink. But somehow, Boris always walks away grinning.
He always says it’s just good fortune. Or maybe bad fortune for everyone else.
Rumors say he has a deal with the devil. Others think he’s just too stupid to die. Boris just enjoys the thrill of dodging another bullet.

PROJECT STARFIRE: THE BIGGEST DEAL OF HIS LIFE

With the Federation, the Wolverines, and Master Blaster all circling around Project Starfire, Boris sees more than just a war—he sees opportunity. Everyone wants the weapon. Everyone is willing to pay for an edge. And Boris is more than happy to supply whoever pays best.
But for the first time in his life, Boris might be in over his head. If he plays this wrong, even his legendary luck won’t save him. Because when a weapon as powerful as Project Starfire is in play, dodging bullets won’t be enough.

The leader of the coup against Master Blaster

01

NAME: GOONS

ALIAS:

FACTION: Wastelanders

SPECIALTY: Serving Master Blaster,

02

OVERVIEW

On the cusp of the Cold War turning hot, cryptic defense contractor

ZWEITECH established itself as one of the most prolific forces of the era. Uncommitted to any nation or ideology, ZWEITECH’s influence crept across borders and took root in the new world carved out by the 40 Years’ War. U.S. resistance forces were rumored to be making unusual arms deals, while Russian soldiers whispered of strange mercenaries bolstering their ranks.

But now, the scales have tipped too far in favor of the Federation—and a world without conflict is bad for business. ZT has deployed small teams of tactical and logistical specialists to aid the Wastelands’ last hope for freedom and resistance: Master

Blaster and the citizens of Nuketown.

If the rebellion is ready to take up arms against the Federation, ZWEITECH will supply them for the battles to come. ZT’s deal with the King of the Wastelands has proven to be incredibly fruitful so far, but at the end of the day, their loyalty always lies with the highest bidder.

GHILLIE

SHALL WE PLAY A GAME

01

NAME: The Tech Hoarder, King of the Wasteland Arcade, Nuke Town’s Deadliest Secret

ALIAS: GAMEBOY

FACTION: Wastelanders

SPECIALTY: WASTELAND ARCADE, Old-World Tech Salvager, Underground Hacker, Stealth Assassin

02

OVERVIEW

In the heart of Nuke Town, where blood and power rule the streets, there is one place unlike any other. A relic from the past, a glowing monument to a world that once was. They call it Ghillie’s Arcade—a sanctuary of old-world technology, a place where the past still flickers to life in neon and static.

Pinball machines hum with electricity. Vintage video games line the walls, their screens flickering with memories of a world long gone. Hacked jukeboxes play tracks from a time before the war. Ghillie built it all, salvaging tech from the ruins, rewiring broken circuits, and bringing entertainment back to the Wastelands.

To the scavengers and outlaws of Nuke Town, the arcade is a place to escape. To Ghillie? It’s a fortress, a network, and a business—all wrapped in flashing lights and nostalgia.

But the arcade is just a front. Behind the old-world games and digital illusions, Ghillie is something far more dangerous—Nuke Town’s most skilled hacker. He doesn’t just salvage tech; he controls it. He can break into any system, crack any encryption, and pull information from anywhere in the wastelands.

The Russian Federation, the Wolverines, even Master Blaster himself—they all have secrets. And secrets have a price."

But Ghillie doesn’t deal in weapons or territory. He deals in death—and his services are open to the highest bidder.

For those who need someone erased, there’s only one place to go—the Star Batt Network, an encrypted black-market system that connects hackers, mercenaries, and assassins across the wasteland. And Ghillie? He’s one of its most lethal operators."

He doesn’t take contracts face-to-face. He doesn’t negotiate in the open. If you want someone dead, you upload the job through Star Batt, and if the price is right, Ghillie makes sure the target never sees another sunrise.

In a city where everyone wants someone dead, Ghillie’s skills are always in demand. And with Project Starfire in play, the contracts are piling up and the only way that he will help you is if you first "help" him..
