It's time to prove your worth to Master Blaster. Once you've gathered your spoils, present them to him and see if he's satisfied with your take. If you've impressed him, you’ll be sent on another mission with your faction.
This is more than just a test of strength.. it’s a chance to earn your place among the top of the Wasteland. Get in close enough, and you might just find the Russian Scientist before it’s too late. The wastelands can be a dangerous places so make sure that the Russians make it out alive or the hostage exchange will never happen.

Cougar Buttes Outpost
Join your faction leader and travel out to meet the Russians in Cougar Buttes Outpost.
Negotiate with the Russians
Your team will rendezvous with the Russians and arrange for the meeting and exchange of the Russian Scientist.
Make sure that this meeting goes down with out any issues, unfortunately the Russians need to live to set up the meeting or we will never secure the Russian scientist.
Meet General Cable in NUKE TOWN with the intel
Travel Back to Nuke Town and prepare to secure the hostage.
