Have you ever wanted to live in the Wastelands? Now is your chance. In partnership with Lazy G Ranch we are pleased to present you with the comfort of accomodations for rooms and camping. Come Friday night to fully immerse yourself in the experience of the Wastelands. Be in the NUKE TOWN City limits in the same neighborhood as MASTER BLASTER and Stay in a room or live it up in the SLUMS and camp in a tent for the weekend so you can wake up at the starting line. Rates include both Friday and Saturday night accommodations. Space is limited so first come first serve.

GAME OVERVIEW
IMPORTANT: READ ALL EVENT INFORMATION AND TASKS TO DO PRIOR TO ARRIVING AT EVENT:
For the "PROJECT STARFIRE" Event Experience, you and your navigator will take on the roles of Smugglers attempting to recover the top secret PROJECT STARFIRE weapon and then smuggle the equipment to the rebel outpost in the mountains.
You will be provided with all of the locations that you need to get to, how you get there is up to you. On-road/ off-road trail rally. NOT A RACE.
The event will take place with over 150 miles of hidden roads, great trails and some fun off-roading. You will be able to complete the entire rally with any stock high clearance 4x4 vehicle.
As we will be taking surface streets and highways there is no race component to the event. Please follow all posted speed limits, rules of the road and drive safely.
Please do not do anything that will cause unnecessary attention to the event.

NAVIGATION
SUGGLERS RUNS uses ON X with a developed route with checkpoints and reference points that correlate to the adventure and game component. If you do not already have ON X downloaded on your mobile device please do so in advance of the day of the event. The route will be provided to you and YOU MUST DOWNLOAD it in advance of the event. Also, download the offline map portion to ensure that if reception is limited you will be covered. If you are truly lost and unsure where to go you can call 949.329.2013 for support but it will cost you

INSTRUCTIONS
The object of the game is to get to the checkpoints. At the checkpoint, you will be faced with a specific objective. Please review the following terms to be able to understand the checkpoints.
MISSION
The mission section will provide you with the information of what you will need to accomplish for the checkpoint.
LOCATION / TIME LIMIT
On each of the checkpoints, the location will be available as well as the On X offroad checkpoint to see on the map. You will also have a total time limit. If you exceed
the timeline limit it will
cost you gold.
OVERVIEW
The overview section will provide you with additional details, information, clues, and phrases to use in order to accomplish the checkpoint.
RECONNAISSANCE
In order to send key intel back to Mission Control your team will use the Instagram platform. This will consist of video and images with specific terms in order to earn extra gold
ITEMS
At some of the checkpoints you will be required to bring in-game items with you into the location in order to succeed at the checkpoint. Make sure that you have the items with you or there may be a gold penalty.
RESTROOM / FOOD
At some of the checkpoints, there will be access to restrooms. Additionally, the location with the icon will include food and drinks. All food and drink is included as part of the event so you will not need to purchase anything.
MISSION BRIEFING
After stealing the Russian surveillance technology during the Orange Dawn mission, the Wolverines were able to gain a major surveillance advantage over the Russians. The Wolverines have identified a Russian top-secret, code-named PROJECT STARFIRE. The weapons facility was found hidden deep within the Wastelands area. It is imperative that the Wolverines secure the PROJECT STARFIRE weapon and the engineering schematics.
The Warlord of the Wastelands, Master Blaster, and his band of Wastelanders actually ransacked the PROJECT STARFIRE weapons facility. Some of the engineers were able to escape with components of the weapon, others were taken hostage at the Wastelanders outposts. The surveillance technology has been used to track the weapons components and identify the locations of the Russian engineers scattered amongst the Wastelanders outposts.
For this mission, the Smugglers will need to disguise themselves and their vehicles to blend in with the Wastelanders tribes as they must make their way to each outpost to find the Russian weapons engineers and retrieve the components necessary to construct the PROJECT STARFIRE weapon before the Wastelanders realize what they have in their possession. NUKE TOWN IS WHERE IT ALL BEGINS!

VEHICLE DISGUISE
It is crucial that the SMUGGLERS have their vehicles disguised in order to get in and out of the Wastelands for the upcoming mission. Not having any type of disguise will most likely cause the SMUGGLERS to have to pay gold to bribe their way into the wastelands. Included are some spy shots of vehicles to use as a guide for your disguise. Teams can earn gold coins for having a vehicle disguised as a Wasteland rig and will have to pay to bribe their way through checkpoints if they do not look like they belong.

In order to get in and out of the Wastelands for the upcoming mission teams will need to be disguised as the Wastelanders. Not having any type of disguise will most likely cause the SMUGGLERS to have to pay gold to bribe their way into the wastelands and will cause more challenges at the outposts. Included are some spy shots to use as a guide for your disguise. The better the disguise the more gold is possible to be earned.
WASTELAND EXPERIENCE ZONE
NUKE TOWN: CITY LIMITS
In Nuketown, survival isn't just a way of life—it's a requirement, and that extends to how you present yourself. Upon entering the city limits, all individuals must wear proper post-apocalyptic gear in order to support the theme for all of our photo and video content we will be capturing. This means rugged, protective outfits designed for the harsh environment, complete with armor, masks, and utility belts. Failure to comply with this strict dress code can result in immediate imprisonment.
If you're caught in casual attire, like a golf shirt, khaki pants, or socks with sandals, it won’t matter if you're just passing through—Nuketown law is clear. Dress for survival, or face the consequences.
WHAT'S YOUR STORY?
CREATE A BACK STORY VIDEO
We invite each team to dive into the spirit of the event by creating a brief, imaginative backstory video for your character and vehicle. This is your chance to showcase your creativity, survival skills, and your vehicle’s unique story.

What to Include in Your Video:
-Character Introduction: Who are you in this dystopian world? How have you survived the harsh conditions of the wastelands? Let your imagination run wild!
-Vehicle Lore: How did it come to be? What modifications have you made to navigate the treacherous terrain?
-Mission Objective: What is your team seeking in this mission? Are you scavengers, rebels, traders, or something else?
Guidelines for the Video:
- Length: Keep it brief and engaging. A 1-2 minute
- Creativity: Use costumes, props, and your surroundings to bring your story to life.

Reward:
- Each team that posts a video to instagram and tags @smugglersruns meeting these guidelines will earn 5 gold giving you a head start in the adventure.

FINISH LINE
NUKE TOWN will be the final destination and teams can get a hotel (limited supply), trailer or camp spot at the finish line at, you will be able to leave all your gear in the enclosed and secure facility during the trail riding portion and return to the central location for each day of the event:

CODE OF CONDUCT
​Smugglers Runs is committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and fun experience for every one of our guests. Upon entering the facility and event you are agreeing to the following:
These actions can get you removed from the Event:

Drinking and driving or consuming alcohol during the event unapproved times. Only at your campsite after the event format.

Accessing restricted areas.

Using the Gel Blaster outside of Live Fire Missions.

Intentionally targeting the head, face and neck when using Gel Blasters.

Taunting, abusive, or offensive language.
-
Fighting or engaging in any action that may harm, endanger, threaten or bring discomfort to anyone.

Damage, destruction, vandalism or theft of any property.

Participating in any activity that humiliates anyone or insults their human dignity.
-
Possession/use/sale of illegal drugs.
-
Any individual who violates these Codes of Conduct may be immediately removed from the event grounds and have their attendance and camping privileges revoked, without refund. Law enforcement may be notified if needed.
